Designed by the Delta Electronics Foundation, DeltaMOOCx is a free online learning course platform featuring basic natural science and automation programs for senior high, industrial, and vocational schools and universities. With technical education at the core of development, a series of industrial automation courses integrated with industrial trends were designed, in the hope of bridging the gap between theory and application.

For high schools and vocational high schools, the Foundation works with the National Academy for Educational Research and K-12 Educational Administration, designing courses covering 6 core subjects: math, physics, chemistry, biology, earth science, and electrical and electronic engineering. The courses provided on DeltaMOOCx aim to motivate students with better learning effectiveness and the quality of vocational education.

As for universities, the Foundation partners with 12 universities including the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, the National Taipei University of Technology, and the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, offering automation courses to bridge the gap between the theoretical and practical knowledge as well as to improve the fairness for students to receive education.

The book "New World of Online Learning — Universities: DeltaMOOCx Cultivates Automation Talents" was published to impart the Foundation's knowledge and experiences in online education. The Foundation also evaluated the social return on investment (SROI) of DeltaMOOCx and concluded that every 1 USD of investment could create more than 9 USD of social value and influence. By the end of 2023, the cumulative number of course views exceeded 21 million.

Additionally, the Foundation collaborated with the Graduate Institute of Astronomy of the National Central University to produce a series of climate change courses on the DeltaMOOCx learning platform. The courses are presented by researchers from top educational institutions in Taiwan, aiming to provide basic knowledge to high school students. Consisting of 12 topics to cover the melting glaciers, sea level rise, food security, and public health, among others, the courses bring together theories and practices in physics and social sciences and have accumulated over 2,000 views since their launch in April 2024.
