In 2006, to promote energy education, the Delta Electronics Foundation introduced teaching materials from the "K-12 Energy Education Program (KEEP)" in the United States. In 2012, the Foundation decided to localize the teaching materials for elementary schools and thus designed the Delta Energy Education Program (DEEP) to bring energy education to the existing education system.

These teaching materials would be updated every year and are also available on the website, offering access for educators to use in their energy education courses. In 2016, DEEP was awarded the "National Environmental Education Achievements" and the "Elementary and Middle School Energy Science and Technology Education Promoted in Schools" by the Ministry of Education. In 2022, 300 students across 5 schools and 11 classes attended the DEEP energy courses.

Energy
The Foundation worked with elementary schools for the Delta Energy School Program, leading students to learn about different energy sources. Students would check the electricity use of their schools and homes and count the average electricity consumption per person. Through such exercises, students would learn how the carbon emissions from energy production contribute to climate change and become more aware of energy saving on campus.

Green Building
The Foundation not only donates green buildings but also designs relevant teaching materials. Students would learn how green buildings provide sustainable solutions to climate change. To help students gain a deeper understanding of green buildings, three-dimensional models are also used as teaching aids to visualize the design of zero-energy buildings.

Low-Carbon Transport
The Foundation designs the first-ever teaching materials on electric vehicles (EVs) for elementary schools in Taiwan. The teaching materials discuss energy use and the environmental impact of the transport industry, including the air pollution caused by conventional vehicles. For the basics of EVs, electromagnetic teaching aids are applied to teach students about the electromagnetic braking system and other innovative technologies, such as wireless EV charging and power capacitors for EVs.

Water Resources and the Ocean
The Foundation produced teaching materials based on its 8K environmental documentaries "Water with Life in Taiwan" and "Life in the Coral Reefs." Using the latest information from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report, these teaching materials explain how water moves through five major types of ecosystems and share actions students can take to protect the ocean.
