Capacity building and knowledge dissemination are necessary for industrial deep decarbonization. Delta Electronics Foundation and the Chinese National Federation of Industries continued to offer "Energy Management Professional Course" and relevant certification mechanisms, to help equip personnel with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the field of industrial and building energy management. Courses in 2022 covered the introduction to climate change, energy management systems, energy-saving technology applications, and financial instruments for energy efficiency, further attracting around 3,700 attendees who worked for chemical, semiconductor, steel, and other high-emitting industries. 

Among the attendees, 75 took the examination upon the completion of the course study. They were requested to do the written tests comprising the content of energy regulation, ISO 50001 implementation, energy efficiency improvement, and management measures, or submit energy efficiency diagnostics reports, which must show the energy flow charts, identify significant energy uses and propose improvement measures. Under rigorous reviews and checks, we are very glad to announce that all 75 participants passed the examination and were eligible to receive the "Energy Management Professional Certificate" jointly issued by Delta Electronics Foundation and the Chinese National Federation of Industries. We wish them all the best on their new adventure in industrial decarbonization.
