In all program areas,
projects funded by the Foundation must fulfill one
or more of the following criteria:
• Address root causes
of the issue faced
• Bring about
a positive impact on the issue addressed
• Show solid
management practices and sound financial planning
in project
administration
Currently, the Foundation accepts applications from
non-profit organizations and public entities on an
invitation-only basis. Unsolicited proposals are rarely
funded.
