Shan Shan Guo is the executive director of Delta Electronics Foundation, and leads the foundation to implementing climate actions that include energy efficiency education, green building promotion and widespread eco-mobility infrastructure. She has curated green building exhibition globally and further consolidates these social participation in both domestic and international community, which helps Delta acquire leadership honors in Dow Jones Sustainability Index and Carbon Disclosure Project. At COP21 & COP23, she was invited to German Pavilion and ICLEI side event to share Delta’s endeavors in nurturing green buildings. In 2018, she receives the the Green Leadership Award on behalf of Delta Group at Greenbuild China. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language, from National Taiwan University, and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication, University of Michigan.
Victor Cheng currently serves at Delta Electronics, Inc. as senior vice-president, and general manager for its Information and Communications Technology Business Group, responsible for datacenter, telecom power and networking businesses. Under his leadership, Delta has become a leading provider of energy-saving telecom power and data center solutions, which feature technologies with energy efficiency up to 98%. Moreover, Delta built the world’s 1st LEED v4 green data center in Wujiang, China. Mr. Cheng serves in the board of the Delta Environmental & Educational Foundation. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, California, USA.
